Inevitably, you will want to ensure your access control system remains in first class order by ensuring it is annually maintained by one of our service teams.

All of our automation products - gates, barriers and bollards require preventative maintenance servicing by law. It is a requirement that the end user/customer of all automated systems shall establish a full documented maintenance regime in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. It is a requirement of British standards (BS12453) that a bi- annual service of the safety systems to be carried out by a competent body.

At Access and Security Solutions, our engineers are qualified to service all the main manufacturer’s automation products.

We offer standard annual / bi annual preventative maintenance checks on all our products, and 90% of all other gate, barrier or bollard automation products installed in the U.K

For our customers we always try to go the extra mile but our contract customers get that extra special treatment with priority callouts - 10 % discount on parts and depending on the level of cover and also  free callouts.

We also offer all inclusive maintenance packages from single applications to multiple site applications.
